               Here               are               three               basic               tips               to               help               you               increase               your               energy:
               1-Eat               balanced               meals
               Eating               smaller               proportions               of               food               while               increasing               the               number               of               meals               consumed               per               day,               is               the               most               important               first               step.

It               would               be               most               beneficial               to               eat               balanced               meals;               particularly               include               proteins,               vegetables,               fruits,               whole               grains,               fish               and               nuts               in               your               diet.

To               increase               your               energy               levels               on               a               continual               basis,               it               is               critical               to               nourish               your               body               with               sufficient               supply               of               nutrients.

Eating               balanced               meals               ensures               that               all               your               body's               vitamins               and               mineral               needs               are               sufficiently               met.

Avoid               skipping               breakfast               or               even               any               other               meal.
               It               is               also               important               to               keep               your               body               hydrated               by               drinking               at               least               6-8               glasses               of               water               daily.

               Sleep               and               rest               is               as               essential               to               one's               body               as               much               as               food.

To               stay               energized               all               throughout               the               day,               it               is               critical               to               get               the               right               amount               of               sleep-               -               -a               minimum               of               7-8               hours               every               night.

The               quality               of               sleep               is               equally               important;               for               example,               sleep               between               10               p.m.

to               6               a.m.

Regularize               your               bed-time               and               wake-up               time               to               keep               in               tune               with               your               body's               internal               clock.
